Data we collect

We collect the information you provide in attendee and partnership applications, including identity, contact, professional profile, business objectives and intent.

Why we use it

We use this information to review applications, communicate next steps, design relevant partnership proposals and operate the CEEX Dubai application process.

Communications

Applicants receive a transactional confirmation. The CEEX team also receives an internal notification so the application can be reviewed.

Access and security

Application records are restricted to authorized administrators. Public visitors can submit applications but cannot read application records.

Your choices

You may request information about your data, correction or deletion through the CEEX contact channel once that public contact is confirmed.

Controller information

The legal name, registration number, address and public privacy contact of the organizing company are pending confirmation and will be added before publication.
